Actually, Minerva has an official Decepticon version - the Transformer Legends incarnation of Nightbeat, who is explicedly described and portrayed as an alternate universe version of Minerva.
Although this is a deliberate easter egg, as Minevra shared her toy with the decepticon Nightbeat from the start. Thunderblaster, another Decepticon, also has an official Minerva repaint. But even even more confusingly, Thunderblaster is in Japan a version of Chromia, who is other cases in an autobot.
