Joker Beyond

It was the year 3000; Neo-Gotham was nothing like the old Gotham of the 20’Th century

No, this Gotham was bright, sunny and clean of crime, thanks in part for Batman

Well it’s not the same batman we used to know, Future one, he was Bruce Wayne the 7th
Who was elected mayor of Gotham, dissolved the obsolete police force and replaced it with Batman Force, squads of trained personal with Batman Suites developed by collaboration between Wayne Tech and S.T.A.R labs.

Just like his father before him, and his ancestors, no one knew the relations, what everyone knew that Batman and his Bat Squad were able to remove crime from the street of Neo-Gotham, no small crime, no big ones, everyone was safe and happy

Bruce Wayne the 7th (or Batman) was at the batcave, reviewing the Bat force Reports
When he felt a hand massaging his shoulder, he looks up and sees his wife Jennifer who also is his deputy in the Bat Force Batwoman.

Batwoman looks at him and says
“Bruce, you have been reviewing these Bat Force Report for hours, I thought we programmed the Bat Computer to auto review them and flag them if we need to check it”

Bruce respond to her
“I know honey, but I need to check on Diana performance, while she has the potential she isn’t excelling in her performance”

Jennifer says
“But she beat scenario 80, the hardest in simulations”

Batman interrupted her
“By hacking it”

Jennifer laughs
“She is as good as the legendary Oracle your great grandfather dealt with”

Batman huffs
“You are encouraging her rebellious nature”

To which Batwoman replay
“Oh come on, not like you liked that in me before, now leave those reports and let’s head up stairs, I got a surprise for you”

Batman stands up and says
“Computer close Reports and run diagnosis check “

And followed his wife

He didn’t notice the computer displaying the warning that Diana has copied a brain pattern file , because simulations needed to be as realistic as possible , Batman used brain pattern recorded by his ancestors Batman , who recorded every villain brain pattern for later use , because all Batman were always  planning , they knew they would need it some day

At apartment not far from Bat Force

Diana was in her room ( she didn’t want to stay next  to her father , so she rented an apartment close to her work )  checking the brain pattern she took from her father computer , for some reason this brain pattern was never used in simulations , her first analyzing of powers showed none , that is strange she thought , if it has no powers why was it ranked very high and classified ,  not to mention never used , they used most brain patterns at the Bat force Academy , even useless villains like killer moth , why was this one not used before

She decided the only to find out was to browse and interact with the brain pattern, she did with scenario 59 or what was called evil Super Girl, and made her figure out how to best beat her if they ever run her in academy event, which they usually do

She connect her Bat suit to the computer and then put her helmet on , and start  the interaction , in seconds she was in her computer cyber space , then her Bat suit computer ask
Run Joker pattern? Yes no

And she says
“Yes”

Why she never heard of this Joker she doesn’t know

Then everything changed around her, the environment always suited the brain pattern of the person she is interacting with
This time it was a circus, well that was new, never happened before she thought
Normally It was something dark and gritty not happy

Then she spot a clown approaching , that must be the target she thought she was ready for a fight , but he stopped and looked at her , examining her , again that never happened before , she was always faced conflicting idea’s and personality  , who is this person

He wasn’t a traditional clown either, sure he had white makeup and green hair, but he had a business suit on with a flower at his top pocket

Then he start laughing

“What is this? Bat robot suit? With girls, oh batsy how much have you changed”

She looks at him with puzzling eyes

He responds

“And who are you girl? Batgirl I assume?”

She think to her self, this is absurd, she should just leave this pattern, but for some reason she answer him

“Yes I’m Batgirl 004 from troop 3, who are you?”

He put his hand on his face as if he was shocked

“Oh no! Bats of the future forgotten all about me, I’m The Joker”

Suddenly he was next to her, how did he do that?

He holds her hand, and says while yanking her helmet
“Let me see that pretty face of yours “

And remove her helmet, which she thought was impossible in an interaction, she hastily command her computer
“Computer eject pattern interaction module and erase “

Suddenly the Joker says
“Computer delete that last order, the miss is staying here for a while”

“Affirmative”
Came the computer replay

Diana shouted
“No, computer, eject pattern interaction module now and do not accept any other command “

“Can no comply “
Came the computer answer

“WHY”

Then she felt the Joker whisper in her ear

“Because I said nicely “

She tries to push him away from her
“That can’t be, the computer should comply with my commands only”

The Joker then laugh
“That is because I have the will, so the computer comply”

“What? I have the strongest will in the Bat Force no villain brain pattern was able to overcome before”

“that’s because you never faced me , I wasn’t known as batman greatest foe for nothing , now tell me of this Bat force , or better yet , computer show me files on Bat force “

To her horror the computer started showing all the Bat force files to him, and because she was a high ranking Batgirl she had a lot, not to mention she was the daughter of the current Bat force leader, and when it showed that part, the Joker went into a maniacal laugh

“The Batman daughter brought me back, what irony; you know what will be more ironic than that? Batman will defeat him self and you will help me to do so, computer if you please“

Suddenly she saw the computer uploading data into her bat Suit , Smilex.exe   neither her suit computer or her room computer were accepting any commands from her , then she felt everything around her change , her mind , her way of thinking

Suddenly there was no more Diana, daughter of Bruce Wayne the 7th but she was Harley Quinn, The joker loyal side kick

Outside the virtual world her suit was changing as well, adapting to the changes that happened to its programming, the bat suit was changed from grey into red and black and her point helmet was changed into that of a harlequin, her face plate became white with black domino mask

And when it was done the woman standing in the room said
“Smilex.exe   installed, what you command me Mr. J”

A hologram of the Joker head appeared
“Harley, Be a dear and go convert some of the Bat Force into Joker Squad, and remember the plan”

She smile and says

“Yes Mr. J”

She exits her apartment and head to the Bat Force headquarters


At the Bat Force headquarters, it was all quite, since crime was extent in Neo-Gotham
Most thought it was strange to have guards at the entrance of the Bat Force Headquarter

But Batman assured them it boosting the feeling of security of the people of Neo-Gotham, and it was a nice tool to displine Bat force personal with poor performance

The two Guarding the door didn’t know what hit him , suddenly a shadowy figure strikes the robin squad member at the door , and then attacked the Batgirl partner , she  couldn’t recognize the figure , she never saw any briefing of sort about this girl or woman , then she heard her say

“Hello Batgirl 023, today is a nice day for you because I’ll change you Melissa”

“What! How do you know my rank and name! Who are you?”

“It is not important my dear, now accept your new programming”

Batgirl 023 tried to resist but the other woman was stronger, suddenly she felt something
The visor in her helmet showed a file called Smilex.exe getting installed, she tried to call for help but nothing works, then the world around her started to change

She is no longer a member of Bat Force, she is DeeDee, and she accepted Joker as her Master and leader

Her suit started to change as well, her Bat helmet gone replace with a white hat, and red boots, also her face plate became white

She then responded
“Smilex.exe installed, what is my command Harley”

Harley laughs

“Let’s have fun in the headquarters”

And she and DeeDee enter the headquarters

After some time (and more conversion and killing of other agents, mostly robin) someone was able to hit the alarm, and other Bat Force agents were called to the headquarters, Batman got the alert, he told his wife to run things from Bat Cave since the headquarters were under attack, they needed someplace for coordination and communications, he raced to the headquarters and what he saw shocked him in many ways

First there was a fight between Bat Force and what seemed to be Joker Force, when were they able to build a force like that? he quickly reviewed the security lookout footage and notice Harley converting Batgirls , he swiftly target her , he fire an electric pulse designed to disable armor like his and Harley is disabled , he quickly take her and command the other to try and overpower the others and hold them

He talks to his Batwoman
“Batwoman this is Batman, I’ll be sending two Batgirls with the Target, try to decipher it and make the Bat computer disable its converting matrix “

Batwoman face showed that she was worried

“Honey Diana isn’t answering any calls I hope she wasn’t attacked by those Joker Force”

Batman answer her
“Batgirl 004 is an able Bat Force member, lets deal with the situation at hand”

And resume his fighting with the other Joker Force

Mean while the two Batgirls arrive to the Bat cave and deliver Harley, Batwoman secure her on a table then started running diagnosis

While working she didn’t notice Harley eye opening, suddenly all the screen on the Bat cave went high-wire, Batwoman was so involved in trying to access the Bat computer and trying to prevent it form running what she assumed is a virus called Smilex.exe, she didn’t notice that the two Batgirls were attacked by Harley who freed her self from the restrains and was in the process of converting them into DeeDee units

Batman saw the alert that the system at Bat cave has gone high-wire, he raced back to the cave, leaving the Bat force, who were nearly winning and defeating the Joker force

Batwoman turned back, she wanted to tell the Batgirls to help her with the computer or disable it before this virus spread, but she was surprised to see Harley free from her restrains escorted by two DeeDee units, when she was able to convert them she wondered, before she was able to put up a fight Harley was able to put her in a headlock
Wait a minute, she knew that move!

“Diana! Is that you! What happened to you?”

“I was changed mother, and so will you and daddy”

Then she started uploading the same program into Batwoman

Smilex.exe started its work, in no time, gone was Jennifer, wife of Bruce Wayne the 7th and Batwoman, she was now and for ever changed into Lady Joker

Her armor changed as well, she had a White face plate, green helmet

She then spoke
“Smilex.exe installed”

She then went to Harley and hugged her
“Will done my dear daughter, now Harley lets be ready daddy going to be here and he isn’t going to take it easy”

Harley Smiled
“Yes mother”

Lady Joker then looked at the two DeeDee units and said
“Go guard the door, make him feel there was an attack “

They both bow and say
“As you command Mrs. J”

When they got the door, Batman has just arrived, it didn’t take him much time to disable them, he was in a hurry, and his wife was threatened

He broke into the Bat cave part where he  had the computer , when he entered he saw that it was working but it was uploading something to the network , before he was able to check it , he was attacked by Harley

“You again? What have you done to my Wife?”

He check the electric pulse gun, and find it’s charged, so he fire again at her
She fall to the ground but then she stand up

“Sorry Bat, that trick wouldn’t work twice”

They fight but Batman gets the upper hand, he then forces her to the wall and shouts at her
“Where is my Wife, I will dismantle you and erase all your memory if you don’t talk”

He then hear her, his wife Jennifer, but her voice was sultry,
“No need to be rough with the kid there Bruce”

He turns around and sees Lady Joker
“And who are you?”

She laughs

“Why I’m Lady Joker, you may have known me before as Batwoman but I’m changed woman now, and so would you”

Before he was able to respond, he felt a sting in the back of his neck, Harley was able to recover it seem and is hacking into his suit system

He tried to fight it off, but the two of them and he shock of finding his wife converted overwhelmed him, and he accepted the new programming

Then he said the word that both Harley and Lady Joker were waiting for

“Smilex.exe installed”

And started to change, Bruce Wayne the 7th and Batman identity were erased, replaced by Joker, he was now The Joker, leader of Joker force and he will take over Gotham

He looks at Lady Joker and Harley, he scoop Lady Joker and embrace her in a kiss, and then he says
“Fantastic Work Mrs. J and Harley, you are the best wife and daughter a clown could wish for, now let’s take over this Neo-Gotham”

Lady Joker said
“Of course dear”

Then Harley said
“Smilex.exe is uploaded to 80% of batgirl squads; they all will be loyal DeeDee units from now on Mr. J”

Joker then point to the Door
“Then let’s go destroy the rest of the Bat Force, this is truly Batman greatest defeat”

And goes into maniacal laugh which is instantly joined by Harley and Lady Joker
